REPORTABLE DISEASE

 

The Hocking County Health Department follows the Ohio Department of Health Infectious Disease Control Manual (IDCM) for all reportable diseases in Ohio.

 

If you need to report a notifiable disease, please call Emily Norris at 740-385-3030 ext. 236 or Ashely Mount at 740-385-3030 ext. 239. If it is after hours and is a Class A disease, please dial 911 and they

will get a hold of a public health nurse.
